Responsibilities :

  • Website Development :
  • Build visually appealing and functional websites.
  • Ensure websites are user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for performance.
  • Coding Skills :
  • Utilize coding skills to enhance website functionality as needed.
  • Perform minor coding tasks to support design and development projects.
  • Funnel Building :
  • Develop and design funnels using Clickfunnels and GHL.
  • Implement provided designs into funnels, making adjustments and enhancements as necessary.
  • Identify and address any design gaps or missed elements from the provided design.
  • Perform quick updates and design tweaks independently.
  • Collaboration and Communication :
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure cohesive and high-quality designs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and provide status updates.


  • Proven experience in website and funnel building.
  • Proficiency in using Clickfunnels and Go High Level (GHL) or similar platforms.

We are a small and growing IT services and Contingent Staffing firm located in the State of New Jersey servicing Fortune 2000 clients and various US government agencies.

We have recently started the US healthcare (Clinical & Non-Clinical) business and are looking for a senior business development executive with extensive experience in performing business development activities such as market research on target clients, digital marketing, cold calling, and sales presentation experience.


  • 100% remote (Anywhere in India)


  • Competitive Base + recurring commissions on closed accounts (Uncapped commissions)


  • 7+ years of professional experience in Business Development servicing the US Healthcare Staffing industry in performing – Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Cold calling, and sales Presentations.
  • Strong understanding of Clinical and Non-Clinical domains in US healthcare
  • Demonstrated track record in closing medium to large hospital and healthcare accounts with multi-million dollar revenues within the USA.
  • Superior communication skills with a strong fluency in the English language with a knack for communicating fluently with all levels in an organization.
  • Superior listening skills to deeply understand clients’ pain points and position our services to address the ongoing clients’ pain points


  • Perform market research on target industries and client accounts within the Fortune 2000 space, with a focus on fast-growing healthcare companies.
  • Identify a list of key decision-makers within each target account such as – hiring managers, procurement managers, vendor managers, HR managers, contingent staffing MSPs, Hospital Directors, CIOs, Directors of Technology, etc.
  • Establish a channel of communication with key decision-makers, by engaging with them via email, social media, and cold-calling to make them familiar with the firm’s services
  • Generate leads for accounts assigned, by converting initial engagement to successful sales meetings
  • Prepare captivating sales presentations highlighting our services and keep the sales collateral updated based on the latest business metrics such as revenue, headcount, client list, services, and differentiators
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to strategize sales meetings with C-suite executives of target accounts
  • Provide ongoing sales and account management support for closed accounts, to expand the relationship to multiple business divisions within the target client
